How Long Do You Have to Return an Item?
Clan Kilt accepts eligible standard product returns within 60 days of the date you receive your order.
You must contact Clan Kilt within the 60-day return period before sending the product back. Returns sent after the applicable period may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
If Clan Kilt sends you a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us before returning it.
After reviewing the issue, Clan Kilt will provide appropriate return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives faulty, damaged or different from the product you ordered, please contact Clan Kilt as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, clear photographs showing the problem or incorrect item.
For confirmed faulty or incorrect products, Clan Kilt will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.

Refund Process & Timeframe
Once your approved return has been received, Clan Kilt will inspect the product to confirm that it meets the applicable return conditions.

Are Original Shipping Charges Refunded?
For a standard change-of-mind return, the original shipping charge paid when placing the order is generally not refundable.
However, Clan Kilt provides free return shipping for eligible standard returns. Once your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return shipping instructions or return label where applicable.
If the order is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect due to an error by Clan Kilt, we will review the shipping charges and provide an appropriate refund or resolution where applicable.
Custom-Made & Made-to-Measure Products
Some Clan Kilt products are made according to individual customer requirements, including measurements, tartans, colours, designs, personalisation and other specifications.
Because these products are specially made for the customer, custom-made, personalised, altered or made-to-measure products are generally not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return or size exchange.
If a custom-made product is faulty, damaged or does not match the agreed order specifications, contact Clan Kilt so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Customers should carefully check their measurements and order details before production begins.
Order Cancellation Procedure
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Clan Kilt within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests should include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Important: Cancellation may not be possible once production, personalisation or processing has started, particularly for custom-made or made-to-measure products.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled as an order cancellation. In that situation, please contact us for return instructions if the product is eligible for return under this policy.
